- D.C. Office of Human Rights (www.ohr.dc.gov): Administrative agency in the District of Columbia responsible for the investigation and enforcement of the discrimination and harassment laws within the District of Columbia.

Office of Personnel (www.dcop.dc.gov): Administrative agency for the District of Columbia which handles recruitment, selection, position classification, employee relations, employee performance and discipline, organizational design, employee benefits, records management and counseling to public sector employees in the District of Columbia.
- D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (www.mpdc.dc.gov): The law enforcement agency of the District of Columbia. Agency responsible for evaluating eligibility for certain types of retirement, disability and other related matters for District police and firefighters, United States Park Police and United States Secret Service and their survivors. The Firm represents police and firefighters in regards to disability and retirement matters.

Office of Police Complaints (www.policecomplaints.dc.gov): D.C. agency responsible for investigating complaints against law enforcement officers of the District of Columbia in regards to their interaction with the public. The Firm represents police officers and supervisors in defense of complaints made against them at this Agency.
- D.C. Office of Inspector General (www.oig.dc.gov): D.C. agency in charge of conducting audits, inspections, and investigations of government programs and operations. The Firm represents employees and supervisors under investigation by this Agency.
- D.C. Department of Employment Services (www.does.dc.gov): This D.C. agency investigates issues related to wage and hour compliance under the minimum wage and overtime provisions of D.C. law, complaints involving occupational safety, unemployment compensation and other matters.
