The Firm previously served as General Counsel to national and local unions, including, but not limited to , those serving the U.S. Park Police, U.S. Capitol Police, Library of Congress Police, NIH Police, the D.C. Department of Human Services Correctional Officers. The Firm has frequently represented labor unions in grievance and arbitration matters, unfair labor practice proceedings, various types of labor petitions before labor oversight agencies, and in labor negotiations. The Firm represents these clients before the Federal Labor Relations Authority, National Labor Relations Board, the District of Columbia Public Employee Relations Board, and the Congressional Office of Compliance, in addition to other venues.
